2. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, money orders, cashier's checks and well-concealed cash. By submitting an order through WawaBeauty, you authorize us or its designated payment processor, to charge the account you specify for the purchase amount. All payments should be made in US dollars. If payment is not received within 10 days of placing your order, the items will be restocked and your order becomes null and void.
PayPal - PayPal is one of the safest, most widely accepted ways to pay for your purchases online. It lets you pay with your credit card or bank account. If paying by PayPal, we ship to a PayPal confirmed address only. A PayPal confirmed address is usually the billing address for your credit card that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe, but other addresses can be confirmed as well. Google Checkout - Google Checkout makes online shopping faster, safer and more convenient. It lets you pay with your credit or debit card. Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, simply click the "BUY NOW" button. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart and take you to your cart. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks - If you prefer to pay with a money order or cashier's check, simply go through the checkout process and select the money order or cashier's check payment option. After you submit your order, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to make payment arrangements. Make sure to include your order number with your payment so that we can quickly locate your order and have it ready for dispatch. We cannot be responsible for lost payments sent through regular mail. Please consider purchasing tracking and/or signature confirmation for your protection. Your order will be processed and shipped when payment clears the bank.
Cash - If you prefer to pay using cash (at your own risk), simply go through the checkout process and select the money order payment option. After you submit your order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to make payment arrangements. Make sure to include your order number with your payment so that we can quickly locate your order and have it ready for dispatch. The cash must be well-concealed by wrapping it in at least two sheets of paper and not visible or obvious. Please do not mail coins. The order process begins as soon as payment is received.
All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars. Products and prices are subject to change without notification due to manufacturer and/or vendor availability, therefore you should always check prices before making a purchase. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged.
4. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Domestic Orders - We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. USPS, UPS and Fedex are our primary shipping carriers. We reserve the right to ship via our choice of carriers depending on the content of the package. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track the progress of your shipment. Delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 business days from the point of mailing. Please note that carrier provided tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update in their system.
International Orders - International shipping rates vary greatly depending on the package weight, size and destination country. USPS is our primary shipping carrier. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate your international shipping rate during the checkout process. You will see the shipping charges added to your order price prior to actually confirming your order with us (and before authorizing any payments). Most orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email confirming the shipping date and the carrier. Online tracking may not be available for international shipments. When you order from our SSL secure website, you will be given three options for shipping during the checkout process:
USPS First Class Mail International Package (14 to 21 business days)
USPS Priority Mail International (6 to 10 business days)
USPS Express Mail International EMS (5 business days)
We encourage all customers to obtain insurance protection if they have concerns. Insurance is provided free of charge to United States customers if your order is over $100. All shipments will be carefully inspected and packed prior to shipping. However, we have no control over packages once they are given to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the shipping carrier if insurance is not purchased. Insurance is optional at a nominal cost and strongly recommended. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please specify your request in the "Notes" section during checkout and we will charge or bill you accordingly. International insurance rates are based upon both the value of the shipment and the destination country. International customers please contact us for insurance quotes before placing your order.
Lost Shipments - Lost items are subject to verification. In the unlikely event that you believe your order may have been lost or stolen please contact our customer service. The shipping carrier may have a delay in shipment and it is not delivered in a timely manner. We suggest you wait at least 21 days (United States) and 45 days (International) from its date of mailing. We will trace your order and file for insurance coverage, if necessary. We will ship you a replacement order or provide credit immediately upon insurance claim approval.
Damaged Shipments - Damaged items are subject to verification. In the unlikely event of a insured shipment arrived damaged, you must report to our carrier and us within 48 hours. No exceptions! Replacement requests cannot be granted until the item in question is returned to us. If the shipping carrier broke the item, they require that you keep all original packaging materials that the item was shipped in so that they may inspect it. These materials are needed in order to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Without the original packing material, the carrier will not allow a claim to be filed and no reimbursement or exchange can be made by us to you. We will ship you a replacement order or provide credit immediately upon insurance claim approval.
6. RETURN POLICY
In order to keep prices affordable to you we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. We strive to always supply the clearest and most detailed information in the descriptions of the items. Advice and consultation is available prior to making your purchase.
7. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being returned to sender will be charged for shipping fees. Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee and the shipping fee we paid to ship the order to you.
8. FRAUD PROTECTION
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel, delay or request additional verification should we deem that an order is suspicious or fraudulent. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases. We will cooperate with the responsible legal authorities in the investigating of any fraud perpetrated through WawaBeauty. In such instances, we also reserve the right to share information about such fraud with the issuing bank, shipping carriers, and our business partners.
